Description

A 3 oz shaker of pure fresh garlic powder.  We take fresh garlic, dehydrate it and grind it to a fine powder.  There are no additives.  The taste is more intense than store-bought garlic powder. We also dehydrate it at a lower temp than commercial sellers.  Higher temps destroy the active agent, allicin, from the garlic. Always be aware of where the garlic comes from. Many commercial powders are from India or China
