Ingredients

• 1 Strawberry
• 3 Raspberries
• 50ml Gin
• 15ml Elderflower Syrup
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 45ml Apple Juice
• 50ml Soda Water
• Mint and raspberries, to garnish

Instructions

• Add the raspberries and strawberry to a shaker and gently muddle them.  Add the gin, elderflower syrup, lime juice, apple juice with ice and shake well. Strain into a Highball glass over ice and top with soda. Garnish with raspberries and mint.
