Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 20ml Elderflower Syrup
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• Orange peel and flowers, to garnish

Instructions

• Add all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake well, making sure the shaker is firmly held. Open the shaker and add ice and shake a second time. Strain into a coupette and garnish with an orange peel or edible flowers.
