You Can Flavor Our Garlic With Your Food®

  1. Mash 3-4 large clove into 2 sticks of butter.  I like to use a hand mixer to fully incorporate the garlic into the butter.  What to do with it?
    • Spread the butter on your favorite crusty bread
    • Fry your eggs with it
    • If you grill chicken or steak…when the meat is about done, put a spoon of butter in the meat and let it melt
  1. Mix in a few cloves with soy and chili sauce and add to a stir fry
  2. Mash and mix in the garlic with ground meat for burgers, meatloaf or meatballs
  3. Mask and mix in with your favorite spaghetti sauce
  4. Puree into your favorite oils and spread on chicken or fish and bake
  5. Add to cream cheese for your bagel
  6. Mix into mayo and the game is yours
  7. Add to mac and cheese
  8. Eat as is….some of my customers call it black garlic gummy bears
  9. If you love avocado toast….add a clove to two
  10. Add to guacamole
