Every year, in the fall, I freeze dry garlic for those that want great garlic throughout the winter and not have to resort to store bought foreign garlic. To reconstitute, cover the dried garlic with water for 10 minutes and you will have garlic as fresh as it was when dried. For those garlicholics, they are great as a snack.
