Garlic Jelly

For the true garlic lover.....A sweet garlic jelly.  Use on toast or crackers and cream cheese. Add to soups.  My favorite is to brown chicken, lamb or pork.  When its just about done, put a layer of jelly on top of the meat, flip over and put on other side.  Brown a little longer and the sugars will caramelize.....very tasty
