Our non-GMO certified organic garlic is dehydrated at low temperatures to retain its flavor as well as the allicin.  Higher temps, which commercial producers use, causes the garlic to have less flavor and less allicin.

Each container holds 3 oz of dehydrated garlic. It takes over 3 pounds of garlic to make 1 pound of dehydrated garlic
