Garlic Mushrooms


12 oz white mushrooms

12 oz brown mushrooms

4 oz butter, unsalted

½ cup of dry sherry

8-10 sprigs of thyme

½ tsp sea salt

Cracked black pepper


  1. Preheart oven to 400 degrees
  2. Melt butter and add sherry, thyme, salt, and pepper
  3. Place mushrooms in a backing dish
  4. Coat mushrooms with seasoned butter
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes
